Japan Society of Civil Engineers(JSCE) – Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations(VIFCEA) held a Joint Seminar on Concrete Engineering in Vietnam and workshop on December 8th and 9th in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology under Cooperation Agreement between JSCE and VIFCEA. Eleven papers were presented. l
