東京都の低騒音舗装は,平成7年から本格実施されてきた.しかし,供用後にポットホールの発生が散見されるようになった.ポットホール箇所の混合物の共通点として,油臭がありバインダが軟化しカットバックされた状況であった.今回はこのポットホールに注目し,その進行実態と原因究明及び抑制対策の検討を行った.破損の一原因として油分に起因してブリージング（アスファルトが表面に浮上している状況）が発生し,時間とともにカットバックされポットホールに至るものであった.ポットホールを抑制する方法として,施工時の油対策としては軽油の代わりに付着防止剤を使用すること,供用時の油対策としては事前にあるいはブリージングが生じた時点で,樹脂コートすることが有効であることが得られた.

Pot hole came to occur in low noise pavement frequently. Pot hole it did though a point smelled bad as for the oil. Binder became soft, and cut-back was being done. I paid attention to the pot hole damage, and did the progress actual condition, cause study and the examination of the repression countermeasure. Bleeding occurred more than oil, and cut-back was done, and the cause of the damage reached pot hole. It could get to be effective to use adhesion prevention medicine instead of the light oil by this research to control pot hole. And, it could get to be effective that a top coat had it, too..
