【抄録】 本研究では，地域における住民サービスの向上および官民における業務効率化を目標として，GISに利用する空間データを効率的に整備し更新するために，RTK-GPS測量を活用したデータ整備および更新手法を構築した．まず，空間データの整備のための元資料として道路台帳現況平面図および民間データを利用することを検討した．次に，民間データのズレや経年変化などに伴うデータ更新を行う手法を検討し，RTK-GPS（FKP方式）測量で位置参照点を設置し，TS地形測量を実施して更新する手法を採用した．そして，本手法を実際に適用し，手法の有用性を実証した．
<Abstract> In this study, the data making and updating method that RTK-GPS survey was utilized were constructed so that spatial data utilized with GIS is got and updated effectively As former information for making of Spatial data, road registry actual plane figure and private sectors data were utilized. The method that did update of a gap by time-dependent behavior was examined. The method to install Location reference point by RTK-GPS (FKP) survey, and to update by TS topographic survey was adopted. Actually, an expert skill method was applied. Usefulness of expert skill method was inspected. As a result enhancement of citizen service in neighborhood and affairs promotion of efficiency in a private enterprise are possible.
