コンクリート橋における維持管理業務のTo-beモデルの構築に関する研究 To-be Model of Maintenance Stage for Concrete Highway Bridges

【抄録】 コンクリート橋の維持管理業務においては，橋梁の管理技術者の業務負担を軽減し，点検業務の品質を確保 するとともに，維持管理費用を縮減するために，現状の業務プロセスを改革して新しい維持管理業務体系を構築す る必要がある． 本研究では，コンクリート橋の新しい維持管理業務体系を提案することを目的として，維持管理業務のTo-be モ デルを構築した．To-beモデルの構築に当たっては，PM（Project Management）の考えと計画的保全の考えを導入し た．PMの考えを導入して維持管理関係者の役割を再定義し，計画的保全の考えに基づき長期的視点に立った効率 的，計画的な維持管理業務を定義してTo-beモデルを構築した．
<Abstract> In maintenance process of concrete highway bridges, management engineers’ share increases. For reducing engineers’ share, it is necessary that the presented business process is innovated, and the new business process is constructed. In this paper, To-be model was constructed for the new maintenance business process model in concrete highway bridges. Project Management and systematic conservation were applied to To-be model. The role of maintenance engineer was redefined by applying PM. To-be model was constructed for defining efficient and systematic maintenance process by applying systematic conservation.
