【抄録】 本研究では，道路管理を効率的かつ有効に実施するために官民で共有した空間基盤データを利用することを考え，その利活用システムと定常的な運用を行うための運用モデルを構築した．空間基盤データの利活用システムとして，位置参照点閲覧システムの開発，道路占用継続での利用，道路調整会議システムの検証を行った．位置参照点閲覧システムはオープンソースのソフトウェアを使用し，広く利用できるようにした．そして，空間基盤データを効率的に更新し効果的に利活用するための運用モデルを構築した．運用モデルでは，行政と民間企業の役割と組織形態を検討し，運用組織の役割と事業を提案した．
<Abstract> Road maintenance should be carried out effectively. In this paper, the utilization system and operation model were constructed for operating the spatial data infrastructure in road maintenance. A referring system of location reference points, the utilization of road occupancy continuation, and the system of road coordination conference were developed using spatial data infrastructure. The referring system of location reference points adopts open source software for utilizing widely. This paper proposed the operation model of spatial data infrastructure for updating and utilizing effectively. The roles of public and private coordination are reviewed. The roles and business model of governing structure were proposed.
