企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	高齢者・障害者の自立生活および長寿健康社会づくりに向けた地域福祉交通システム Aging Society, Health Promotion and Inclusive Regional Transportation System
企画概要	近年，障害者の地域生活支援および高齢者の介護・認知症予防，健康づくりが重点施策として取られている．これらは地域で実践されることから移動ニーズが生じている中，地域によって交通手段が限られている現状にある．地域モビリティ確保は，自治体，交通事業者，介護・福祉事業者，NPO，地域住民，当事者，専門家などが協働すべきだが課題も多い．本セッションは，モビリティ確保の事例紹介や評価，交通･移動サービス供給事例の紹介や評価，新しい交通・移動システムの提案などの発表をもとに，関連事項について意見交換を行い，土木学会内外の参加者を含めた形で地域福祉交通システム実現に向けた連携のあり方について総合的な討議をする．
企画概要(英訳)	In recent years, it is important to promote independent living in own regional for disabled persons. And there are reports of research which the risk of lifestyle-related diseases such as lack of exercise by aging and automobile dependence. Moreover, in the health promotion field, the care prevention / cognitive prevention / health promotion program are advancing in various places. Since these programs are practiced regionally, it is related barrier-free, local public transport planning. In this session, it is arranged and aimed at having a future community improvement and a discussion about health and transportation system.
