企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	起業的交通マネジメント論 Entreprenurship on Transportation Management
企画概要	本セッションでは，新たな公としての地域住民による交通マネジメントの新しい方法論について検討する．住民による学習プロセスにおいて生じる相互作用を考慮すると，システムには複数均衡が生じうる．その存在を実証的に分析し政策論につなげるためには，社会実験を通じてその効果を検証することが必要不可欠であるが，その方法論については未だ検討すべき点が多い．交通計画における新しいパラダイムの提案を目指して，起業的アプローチによる交通マネジメントの方法論について議論をする．具体的には，複数均衡の存在とその要因の分析，社会実験の設計論や評価論，モビリティマネジメントによる地域学習効果の検証等について討議する．
企画概要(英訳)	In this session, we discuss about a new methodology of transportation management by residents as new 'public'. Multiple equilibria may exist in the system when we clearly consider the interaction in the learning process by residents. Though it is necessary to verify the existence of multiple equilibria and its effect on the system in order to propose policy perspective, there are still many points to be examined for the methodology. We try to propose a new paradigm on transportation management with paying attention to entrepreneurship in transportation management. Presentations about analysis about the existence of multiple equilibria and its factors, design and evaluation of social experimentation, regional learning process thorough mobility management will be made.
