企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	都市道路網の料金政策と交通管理 Pricing Policy and Traffic Management for Urban Network
企画概要	都市高速道路におけるＥＴＣ技術を前提とした対距離料金，都市道路網における混雑料金など，料金制政策に関して，昨今多数の議論が行われている．一方で交通制御・交通情報提供を基本とする交通管理においては情報処理の進展を踏まえた高度な技術の提案がなされている．都市道路網における料金政策は自律的な交通調整機能をもち，技術的な交通運用は即効的な交通制御の機能を有する．したがって，効率的な都市交通管理のためには，料金政策と交通制御を適切に融合した交通運用の開発が期待される．ここでは，特に実務的な視点から都市高速道路および都市道路網における現実的な料金政策と交通管理の比較検討を行うことで議論を進めたい．
企画概要(英訳)	Recently, many topics concerning with pricing policy have been discussed such as distance based toll for urban expressway supported by ETC technology and congestion charging on urban network. On the other hand, the advanced techniques with high quality of information processing in traffic management based on traffic control as well as information provision. The pricing policy provides the self organized traffic distribution and the technical traffic management can directly control the traffic flow on urban network. Therefore, the combining approach between the pricing policy and traffic control would be developed for the effective urban traffic management. In the session, the realistic pricing policy and traffic management techniques on urban expressway and urban network would be comparatively discussed particularly in the view of practical applications.
