企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	現代的社会経済問題と長期のインフラ政策 Contemporary Social Economic Issues and Century-Long Infrastructure Policy
企画概要	現代の我が国では，人口減少，限界集落や都市衰退など，非成長方向の問題が顕在化しつつある．また，経済水準格差やインフラ整備水準格差は，過去からも続く地域間問題である．そして，経済活動を支えるインフラに関しては，今後，インフラの老朽化や維持管理費用の増大などの問題が懸念される．これらはいずれも，現在のアクションが将来まで影響するという動的な社会経済のメカニズムと関連している．例えば，現在の状況を生み出した何らかの要因が過去に存在する，将来の姿を見据えて現在の政策を検討する必要がある，などが問題の本質となっている．本企画は，こうした問題に関する実態分析や理論的考察，および関連するインフラ政策論について議論を深める．
企画概要(英訳)	Interregional gaps in income and infrastructure stock have been discussed for years as regional disparity problems. Today, the "shrinking problems" such as population reduction, depopulation area and urban decline are emerging. Regarding infrastructure, deterioration and increase of maintenance cost will be serious problems in future. The problems are in the context of the dynamic system that current actions influence the social economic situations of the future. In other words, past events or actions could cause the present problems, which could be the essential factors. This session discusses empirical studies about this kind of dynamic issues and theoretical studies about long run, especially century-long infrastructure management policies.
