企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	高齢者の移動確保に必要な地域交通計画とその手法 Transportations for Elderly and Regional Transportation Planning
企画概要	高齢者の自立・社会参加には，移動のための交通施策が重要である．一方，バス交通は減便・撤退を余儀なくされ，高齢ドライバーも急増中である．運転の代替交通手段の観点からも，生活交通手段の確保は欠かせない．高齢者の特性に応じた交通手段は，自治体の部局間連携，および交通事業者，介護・福祉関係事業者，NPO団体，地域住民，当事者，専門家と協働でつくりあげる必要があるが課題も多い．各地の取組事例，新たな交通・移動システムの提案，および評価法についても情報不足である．本セッションでは，これらの考え方や事例を広く募り，高齢社会における生活交通手段の確保とその効果の視点に関する議論を行うことを目的とする．
企画概要(英訳)	In recent years, it is required a new transport policy under recent aging society in Japan. On the other hands it is progressed reduced bus services and increasing older drivers. So it is need to be made alternative transport measures for older people in a lot of local government. However, it is necessary to cooperate with various department and citizens. For example, the cooperation between two or more in municipality departments, each transport entrepreneur, a lot of entrepreneurs related to nursing or welfare, NPO, volunteer groups, residents, elderly and disabled persons, specialists, etc. But, there are a lot of problems to achievement for the mobility securing in the region. In recent years, many local governments is practiced planning for local transportation, but it is lack of information. In this session, it is arranged and aimed at having a discussion for a future community improvement and a discussion about health and transportation planning.
