企画概要 |
我が国の社会構造が大きな転換期を迎え，交通に関わる制度についても，整備のための制度ばかりでなく，管理・運営・経営に関わる新たな制度の設計が必要と考えられる．本セッションでは，広く交通サービス向上のための制度を対象とした，以下に例示する基礎的，実務的な研究を集め，議論する． ・政策や計画の制度設計の基礎的研究 ・政策体系，計画体系および両者の制度設計 ・多様な状況下におけるモビリティ向上のための制度設計 ・政策や計画の確定行為を含む手続き制度の設計 等 |

It is necessary to discuss about the innovating institution of
not only transportation development but also transportation management and
operation, maintenance. In this
session, papers concerned with the institution of transportation are
expected. - Basic
research on the institution design of policy and planning. - Policy
system, plan system and both institution design. - Innovating
institution for mobility improvement under the various conditions - The design of
the procedure system which contains the decision making of the policy and the
plan. |
