企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	安心安全かつ快適な都市を創造する都市物流システム Urban freight transport systems for creating safe and comfortable cities
企画概要	都市物流は都市政策の立案，実施において今後ますます重要な位置を占めるであろうということが明らかになってきた．特に人口減少，少子高齢化の時代における安心・安全かつ健康で快適な生活を支えるための信頼性の高い物流サービスを確保することが求められている．たとえば食の安全を担保するためのトレーサビリティなど物流システムに対する消費者からの要求水準は非常に高くなっている．また地震・洪水などの自然災害やテロに対して安心安全な都市を確立するためにはセキュリティの観点から都市物流システムを再検討する必要がある． 　そこで本企画論文では，このような新しい状況を踏まえて，戦略的都市物流システムを今後どのように構築してゆけばよいのかという問題について，議論を行いたい．このような観点から，都市物流システムのビジョン，モデル化，評価方法などに関する考え方を示した論文を期待したい．
企画概要(英訳)	Urban freight transport will become more important in terms of planning and implementing urban policy. It is required to provide highly reliable logistics service for supporting safe, healthy and comfortable life in the aging society with the decreasing population. For example, the level of freight transport systems required by consumers is very high including traceability for guaranteeing food safety. As well, we need to rethink of urban freight transport systems from the viewpoint of security for establishing safe cities against natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods as well as terrorism. Therefore, this planning session will discuss how we can build strategic urban freight transport systems in the future based on the new situation. Papers are welcome to show visions, models and evaluation methods for urban freight transport systems from this point of view.
