企画テーマ 企画テーマ(英訳)	アセットマネジメント研究の第二世代への新展開 A New Development towards the Second Generation of Asset Management Study
企画概要	目視点検データを用いた統計的劣化予測技術などの進展により，ライフサイクル費用最小化をベースにした第一世代のアセットマネジメントの理論的スキームは確立したと言っても過言ではない．しかしながら，これと同時にアセットマネジメント研究を継続的に実施していくための学術的・実務的課題も明らかになってきている．本セッションでは，第二世代のアセットマネジメント研究のキックオフとして，これらの課題に対する集中討議を実施する．具体的には，統計的劣化予測のフロンティア，情報収集手段としてのモニタリングシステム，インフラ会計，さらには実務への適用を通したアセットマネジメント技術の標準化戦略などを中心に議論を行う．
企画概要(英訳)	It is not too much to say that due to the development of statistical deterioration estimation methodology using visual inspection data, the theoretical scheme of the first generation of asset management, which is based on the minimization of life-cycle costs, has been established. However, concurrently the academic and practical issues for conducting continuous asset management study have been made clear. In this session, a concentrated debate regarding these issues will be held, as a kickoff for the second generation of asset management. In particular, the discussion will center on the frontier of statistical deterioration estimation, monitoring system as a method of collecting information, infrastructure accounting, and the strategy of standardizing asset management technology for practical application.
